FAQ
General precautions for QAE Sephadex A-25 and QAE Sephadex A-50.
1.Equilibration / Elution buffer: pH 2–10. Binding under low salt condition (20–50 mM); elution under high salt condition (0.1–1 M NaCl).
2.Elution mode: linear salt gradient and step elution are applicable; pH gradient is also allowed (avoid extreme pH conditions).
3.Cleaning and regeneration: rinse sequentially with 2 M NaCl, 0.1 M NaOH, purified water or buffer; the resin can be reused after regeneration.
